What is registration?
In the Tucson gem show, some of the shows require registration for wholesale purchasing or admission.
Do not worry, over 40 shows not require registration, and they open to the public. Just 8 shows require registration.
Registration rules and requirements are different between each show. Some of the shows tend to strict to register, but some of the shows are not.
When the show requires registration, you must register before entering the show. The staff will check your badge.
How can I register?
You have the following two options.
By the Internet
You can pre-register from the official website of each show.
On the day, you will get a badge or sticker of admission at the pre-registration counter when you show them proof of pre-registration such as email or paper of registration.
At the counter
You can register at the counter.
Before entering the show, you need to fill out your information on the paper and show them your ID, business ID, and other requirements. This way is simple, but you have to wait in a long line.
What do I need to prepare?
It depends on the show.
We recommend that you prepare the following things.
- Photo Identification（e.g. Driver’s license, Passport, etc）
- Proof of purchasing wholesale or selling in the gem and jewelry industry（e.g. Business card, Flyers, Brochures, Website, etc.）
- Proof of owning registered business（e.g. Business License, Resale License, Wholesale Tax Certificate, Sales and Use Tax Certificate, Business Tax License, etc.）

You must create a company profile before using pre-register.

AGTA GemFair Tucson
Anyone who attended the previous year’s AGTA GemFair™ Tucson as a registered buyer will be automatically registered for the upcoming show (may be subject to re-verification).
If you have received a badge and sticker in this show, you can enter GJX Gem & Jewelry Show.
This show is NOT open to the public.

GJX Gem & Jewelry Show
If you have registered for this show in the past 2 years, you are automatically pre-registered. You should come up to the pre-registered counter with your photo ID to receive your badge.
If you attended the show with your AGTA badge and received a sticker, you are not registered with GJX.

JOGS Gem & Jewelry Show
If you have ever registered for JOGS in the past you do not need to register again.
This show opens to the public. If you do not have a gem or jewelry related business and valid Tax ID, please get Guests tickets ($20+Tax) at here or registration counter.

The Best Bead Show
This show opens to the public, but you have to do register before entering.
Online registration is available.

This show opens to the public, but you have to do register before entering.

This show is no registration requirement for children aged 17 and under.

Pueblo Gem & Mineral Show
This show opens to the public, but if you purchase something with wholesale prices, should register.
No online registration. Please register at their counter. (hotel entrance)

Tips
Here are some tips for registration.
Use a pre-registration system
We recommend that you pre-register because, on the first day of each show, the registration counter will be crowded, especially, G&LW, GJX, AGTA, and JOGS.
In addition, please give yourself plenty of time to register if you register on the first day of the show. (I have spent an hour at the registration line of the G&LW show.)

Guest pass
If you are not working in the jewelry industry, you should get a guest pass.
For example, the JOGS provide a guest pass.
Avoid arguments
Every year, someone arguing with the staff or security at the entrance regarding registration.
Before visiting the show, you should know whether there are any requirements or not.
